This video takes a creative, action-packed approach to a potentially dull subject: how to ride a bus. To many people, riding a bus is as easy as riding a bike. However, research has shown that not knowing how to ride a bus is a barrier faced by some people.
The Cherriots marketing team designed this video for high school transit assemblies and, when age appropriate, one-on-one transit training sessions. It also has been a useful online tool for teaching teens how to ride the bus. In 2015 this video campaign won a first-place national marketing award from the American Public Transportation Association in the educational campaign category.
